Furthermore, also reviewing various scientific articles relevant to Community Entrepreneurship management. Furthermore, it provides an in-depth understanding of grand theory and research concepts as well as various research methods, including various data analysis tools, as well as the basic assumptions of analytical tools. CSR COMMUNICATION AND SUSTAINABILITY REPORT / CSR & SUSTAINABILITY COMMUNICATION AND REPORTING EMR8706 (3 Credit Points)
This course will explain effective CSR communication strategies, preparing Sustainability Reports using the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) guidelines, as well as global guidelines. and comply with OJK (Financial Services Authority) regulations.
RISK ANALYSIS AND SOCIAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT / RISK ANALYSIS ANDSOCIAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT EMR8703 (3 SKS)
This course provides guidance related to risk management and social impact assessment techniques arising from organizational/company operations, measuring, analyzing risks that will be caused to the smooth operation of companies/organizations based on ISO 22320 and ISO 31000 Standards, as well as developing risk mitigation strategies using tools namely IERM Process steps for projects/supply chains, VCA (Vulnerability and Capacity Analysis) models, ESMS (Environment and Social Management System) and ESMP (Environment and Social Management Plan) models, LFA (Logical Framework Approach).In addition, this course offers a hybrid idea in viewing the development process which is called people centered development as well as conceptual understanding but is also equipped with the skills to apply and modify models and technical tools that can be used in AMDALSOS practice so that they have analytical skills as well as planning capabilities based on proficiency in projecting and recommending social impacts that may occur from a particular mega project.
CSR AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT: CONCEPT, CONTEXT & ISSUES / CSRAND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT: CONCEPT, CONTEXT & ISSUES EMR8701 (3 Credit)
This course contains SDGs concepts; Sustainability; CSR; ISO26000; Circular Economy; Sustainable Finance; CSV (Creating Shared Value); Stakeholder Mapping, Analysis, Engagement and Management; Community Development, Social License to Operate; Exit Strategy; and others related to Sustainability. The context being taught is sustainability management in various industries, such as Sustainable Finance; Sustainable Farming Management; Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Management; Sustainable Mining; etc. The context of world agreements and local government regulations is also a topic in this course. Furthermore, students will be guided to discuss sustainability problems faced by the organization/company they work in and use the right concept and contextualize the chosen solution formulation.
SOCIAL INNOVATION AND BUSINESS PLAN / SOCIAL INNOVATION ANDBUSINESS PLAN EMD8608 (3 SKS)
This course explores students’ critical thinking to find internal and external challenges and opportunities faced by their organization in becoming/maintaining its sustainability as a Social Enterprise. This course also develops students’ Soft Skills and Hard Skills. The soft-skills taught are to understand students’ mental-models and make improvements to old mental-models so that they can overcome the ‘era-disruption’ (Artifical Intelligence and Internet of Things) by thinking in systems thinking, and being able to open-mind- heart-will. In addition, the Hard-skills taught include the knowledge and skills needed to do ‘design-thinking’, make a plan on how to overcome the issues at hand and prepare strategic steps to welcome an uncertain future using ‘design-thinking’ and the “Radyati-Rio Clockwise Sustainable Business Model”. Students are also required to do an internship at a Social Enterprise/Non-profit to formulate what innovations can be done to realize improvements to the organization.
