Judiciary and Graduation

JUDICIARY

Yudisium (Judiciary) is a student graduation statement that is determined through a meeting of the Management Masters Program Leaders with the Chair of the Concentration in accordance with applicable regulations. The technical implementation of the judiciary is as follows:

  1. Judiciary is held periodically every month before the graduation period.
  2. To carry out the graduation, the Study Program Manager conducts a pre-graduation by evaluating the overall study results for students who have fulfilled all the graduation requirements as follows: a). Have passed all the courses specified in the study program, b). Has paid off all financial obligations related to the lecture process, c) Submitted a thesis that has been hard covered and signed by the team of examiners in the amount of 1 (one) copy along with 1 (one) soft copy in the form of a Compact Disk (CD) to the MM FEB Program library according to the format determined by the Trisakti University library (Form 014 and Form 016); d) show proof of publication.
  3. The judiciary meeting will determine: a). Statement of graduation, b). graduation predicate for students proposed for graduation, c). The best graduate
  4. Judiciary meetings at the Master of Management Program level are led by the Chair of the Study Program, Study Program Secretary, Concentration Coordinators, related Heads of Sub-divisions, lecturers who are deemed necessary and related to the graduation of the student concerned.
  5. Students who have been declared graduated from the judiciary are entitled to graduate with the applicable provisions.

GRADUATION

Graduation is the final process in a series of academic activities in tertiary institutions. As a sign of confirmation of the completion of the student study period, the graduation was held in the form of an inauguration procession through an open senate meeting at Trisakti University. The Graduation Program for the Master of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University, is held 2 (two) times in 1 (one) year, namely the April and October periods.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Submit form 014 proof of having submitted the hard cover of the thesis and signed by the examining team of 2 (two) copies along with 1 (one) soft copy in the form of a Compact Disk (CD) to the MM FEB Program library according to the format determined by the Trisakti University library.
  2. Fill out the graduation registration form (Form 015)
  3. Paying graduation and alumni fees.
  4. Submit 6 (six) pieces of 3×4 size color photographs with a red background.
  5. Participate in Judiciary events.
  6. Attend a dress rehearsal.

DIPLOMAS AND TRANCRIP VALUE

A diploma is a certificate given to students as recognition of learning achievement and/or completion of a level of education after passing an examination held by the Master of Management Program. Academic Transcript is a list that contains the value of learning and research results and the achievement index of all courses taken by students while attending Education.

Requirements for Retrieval of Diplomas and Grade Transcripts:

  1. Diplomas and grade transcripts can be collected no later than 3 (three) months after graduation.
  2. Students submit form 014 which is proof that they have submitted hardcopies and softcopies of the thesis to the FEB Library to the Secretariat of the Master of Management Study Program (Appendix 12 and Appendix 16 in the Technical Instructions for Thesis).
  3. Retrieval of diplomas can be represented (with a power of attorney).
