Academic Leave

    1. Academic leave is a period of absence from studying for one semester or more for MM FEB students for certain reasons given in a Decree from the Head of MM FEB Study Program on the basis of an application letter from the student concerned.
    2. Applications for academic leave are submitted to the Head of MM FEB Study Program no later than 1 (one) month after the current semester begins, prior to sending the PDPT report by filling out the leave form (form 002).
    3. The application for academic leave must contain: a). Name of Student, b). Student Identification Number (NIM), c). Study Program, d). Address, e). Reasons for applying for academic leave, f). Start and end of academic leave.
    4. Academic leave can be given after participating in academic activities for at least 2 (two) semesters.
    5. Academic leave can be given a maximum of 2 (two) semesters during the study period and is calculated within the study period limit (8 semesters).
    6. Obligations of students who will take leave: a. Pay the re-registration fee for the semester that is used as leave entitlement.b. Attach proof of re-registration payment along with the leave request.
    7. Students on leave status:

      Not allowed to participate in all academic activities. b. The grades of courses that have been taken are still valid. c. The leave period is taken into account in calculating the study period.

    8. In order to be active again students are required to: a. Submit an application letter to the Head of MM FEB Study Program no later than 1 (one) month before the end of the leave period, by filling out the active again form (form 003) b. Completing all applicable Academic and Financial Administration.c. Obtain approval with the Decree of the Dean of FEB Trisakti University regarding Active Return. d. Fill in KRS online
    9. For students who do not apply for leave until the specified time limit, they are considered inactive and cannot participate in all academic activities in the current semester and are counted in the study period.
