Learning and Teaching Process

LECTURE ORGANIZER

  1. The credit system is an education delivery system using semester credit units (SKS) to express student study load, teaching staff workload and program implementation burden.
  2. One credit of lectures is equivalent to 50 minutes of face-to-face lectures, thus for a course that weighs 3 credits the length of lectures per week is 3 x 50 minutes = 150 minutes.
  3. Semester is the smallest unit of time to express the length of a program
  4. education at an educational level.
  5. Each semester averages 16 weeks consisting of 14 (fourteen) weeks of face-to-face meetings, 1 (one) week of Midterm Examination and 1 (one) week of Final Semester Examination.
  6. The characteristics of the learning process are interactive, holistic, integrative, scientific, contextual, thematic, effective, collaborative, and student-centered.
  7. The learning methods used can be in the form of group discussions, simulations, case studies, collaborative learning, problem-based learning, lectures, responses and tutorials, seminars and research.

STUDENT STUDY PLAN

  1. Each student is required to fill out a Study Plan Card at the beginning of each semester according to the time set by the study program through the SPMB/SIS.
  2. Students who do not fill in the KRS on time are not allowed to attend lectures in the semester they will be living.
  3. The procedure for filling in the KRS is determined as follows: a. Completion of the KRS is carried out two weeks before each semester’s academic activities begin. b. KRS is declared valid if the person concerned can show proof of registration/payment of academic fees. c. KRS is made in triplicate, one is kept by the student, one is kept by the Study Program Manager and one is kept by the Academic Sub-Section. d. KRS changes can be made no later than two weeks after the lecture starts and are declared valid if there is approval from the head of the study program.

ACADEMIC CALENDAR

  1. The academic year of lectures is divided into 2 (two) semesters, namely: a. Odd Semester starting from September to February b. The Even Semester starts from March to August.
  2. For regular classes, lectures are held 3 (three) days a week, 2 sessions in one day with the following arrangements: a. session-1 at 16.30-19.00 b. session-2 at 19.00-21.30
  3. For Special Classes, lectures are held 1 (one) day a week, namely every Saturday, with the following arrangements:
    a. Session 1 at 08.00 to 10.30
    b. Session 2 from 10.30 to 13.00
    c. Session 3 at 13.30 to 16.00
    d. Session 4 at 16.00 to 18.30

LOAD AND DURATION OF STUDY

  1. The study load for the Master of Management is 45 credits.
  2. Taken for 4 (four) semesters. With a maximum study period of 8 (eight) semesters (including academic leave) or 3 (three) semesters (Fast Track)
  3. Students who have not been able to complete their studies until the end of the study period will be declared drop-out.

CONCENTRATION SELECTION

  1. The choice of concentration is made when filling out the second semester Study Plan Card (KRS).
  2. Concentration classes will be opened if there are at least 10 (ten) students interested.

STUDENT ATTENDANCE IN LECTURE

  1. Students are required to attend at least 75% of the total lectures (face to face/online).
  2. The Academic Section will calculate the number of attendance of each student as a requirement to be able to take the Final Semester Examination.

SEMESTER EXAMINATION AND EXAM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Exams are held on a scheduled basis twice in one semester and are called: a. Mid Semester Examination (UTS) b. Final Semester Examination (UAS)
  2. Students taking the exam are students who are registered as active students in the semester concerned, and with a minimum attendance requirement of 75%.
  3. Before taking the Mid Semester Examination, students must pay off their financial obligations.
  4. Every time they take an offline exam, students are required to bring an Exam Participant Card (KPU) with a photo.
  5. Students who do not bring their Exam Participant Card (KPU) are NOT ALLOWED to take the exam.
  6. Every time you take an online exam, you will be directly supervised by the course lecturer.

SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATION AND REQUIREMENTS OF SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATION

  1. Supplementary exams, both Mid Semester Exams and Final Semester Exams are only given if they meet the following conditions: a. Parent/wife/husband/biological child dies/critically during the exam b. Students perform pilgrimage. Sick student (hospitalized) in hospital d. Experiencing a disaster (force major)
  2. To take the follow-up exam, students must fill out form 001 and submit a supporting letter relating to the above conditions sent via email: mm.feb@trisakti.ac.id .
  3. Supplementary exams are held the following week after the end of UTS or UAS and determined by the Study Program.
  4. The form/application letter for the follow-up exam and the certificate must be submitted to the Academic section no later than 3 (three) days before the first day of UTS/UAS, if it passes the deadline, it will not be processed.

Judisium qualifications are stated in the predicate as follows:
a) Achievement Index (GPA) > 3.75 was declared passed with the title “with honors (cum laude)*)
b) Achievement Index (GPA) 3.50 – 3.75 was declared passed with the title “very satisfactory”
c) Achievement Index ( IP) 3.00 – 3.50 is declared passed with the predicate “satisfactory”*) The new cum laude predicate can be given if the passing score meets the requirements for the range of values and the study period is on time

EVALUATION OF STUDY RESULTS

The conversion of the value of each course is as follows:

  1. The minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) to be able to take the Final Thesis Examination is 3.25.
  2. Grades B-, C+, C, D and E are declared disqualified and must be corrected by re-registering to attend lectures from the start with the same lecturer or a different lecturer.
  3. To improve grades, students MUST include remedial courses in the KRS.
  4. The maximum number of credits that can be taken per semester is 18 credits.
  5. Students are given the opportunity to complain a maximum of 1 (one) week after the lecturer publishes the UTS/UAS scores on the SIS.

ACADEMIC RULES

  1. Students are required to attend lectures according to what is stated in their respective Study Plan Cards. Student attendance is recorded in the student attendance list.
  2. Students who are entitled to attend this lecture are listed in the attendance list.
  3. For students who are not listed in the attendance list, please contact the Academic Secretariat. It is not permitted to write your name on the attendance list in handwriting.
  4. Students are expected to form a class WAG by voluntarily electing a chairman and a secretary who can support the smooth running of activities in class.
  5. Students who are unable to attend must notify the lecturer concerned.
  6. Students must dress neatly and politely (not wearing T-shirts) during offline/online lectures
  7. Students are required to open the camera when taking online lectures
  8. Not allowed to wear sandals when going to campus (college/other activities)
  9. Students are not allowed to smoke in class and in the MM Study Program area.
  10. Students are prohibited from carrying sharp weapons/weapons, flammable/explosive materials in class and in the MM Study Program area.
  11. Students are prohibited from carrying out acts of intimidation, threats, verbal and physical violence against students, lecturers, and employees.
  12. Students are required to maintain the equipment, cleanliness and comfort of the classroom.
  13. Students are expected to wait for the presence of lecturers in class within 15 minutes.
  14. If after 15 minutes it turns out that the lecturer has not arrived without notification, then the class head reports it to the Academic/Lectures section of the FEBTrisakti Masters of Management Study Program.
  15. If there is certainty that the lecturer is not yet available, students can leave the lecture room, after signing the student attendance list.
  16. Students are expected to play an active role in the learning process through discussions, group presentations and doing assignments given by lecturers.
  17. Students are required to maintain ethics in interacting and academic association in the academic community
  18. During lectures, together with the arrival of worship time, students are given permission to carry out worship in the space provided.

RULES OF CONDUCT IN THE LIBRARY

  1. Dress neatly and politely (do not wear T-shirts and sandals).
  2. Eating or drinking is not permitted in the library room.
  3. Maintain order, calm and cleanliness.
  4. Library collections are not loaned: a. The thesis is only read in place b. Books/other references can be photocopied. c. Submit KTM / personal identification to the officer.
  5. Visitors from outside the scope of Usakti must bring a letter of introduction from the relevant institution/agency
  6. Newspapers/magazines are only read in the library room and please return them to their original places

EXAM RULES

  1. Examination participants (Middle Semester Examination and Final Semester Examination) must be present 15 minutes before the exam begins.
  2. Examination participants are required to bring an Exam Participant Card (KPU). Examination participants who do not bring KPU are not allowed to enter the exam room.
  3. Late examinees will not be given additional or extended time.
  4. Examination participants are only allowed to bring writing instruments into the exam room, except for certain required exam subjects, including: calculators.
  5. All bags, note books should be placed in a place determined by the supervisor.
  6. Examinees occupy seats according to their respective exam numbers.
  7. Examination participants are not allowed to talk, ask questions, discuss, and cooperate with other participants in any form. Questions can only be asked to the supervisor on duty.
  8. If there are examinees who act dishonestly (such as: talking, asking questions, discussing, cooperating with other test takers) then the test work in question will not be examined and will not be given a grade.
  9. When the participants have finished working on the exam questions, the exam files should be placed on their respective desks/benches and the participants leave the room. The supervisor will take and collect the exam files from each participant who has finished.
  10. Exam participants must be neatly dressed (not allowed to wear T-shirts and sandals).
  11. Male participants must wear a shirt.
