To enhance students’ insight and experience in the practical application of industrial management, the Trisakti University Master of Management Program held a company visit to PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk – Bogasari Division.

This visit aimed to provide students with a firsthand understanding of the operational management processes, marketing strategies, and business innovations implemented by Bogasari, one of the largest wheat flour producers in Indonesia.

Through this visit, students had the opportunity to directly observe the production process, distribution system, and quality management strategies and operational efficiency that support Bogasari’s success in maintaining its position as a market leader.

This visit also served as a means to connect the theory learned in class with real-world industrial practices, fostering motivation and new insights for students to face future business challenges.
