The Master of Management Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University, held a company visit to PT. Ambulance Pintar Indonesia (API) in Babelan, Bekasi, on June 18, 2025, attended by lecturers and students.

The company visit aimed to:

1. Broaden students’ insight into the world of work in the technology-based healthcare sector.
2. Learn more about Ambulance Pintar’s innovative medical emergency services and operational management.
3. Inspire students to develop business ideas based on technology and community needs.

Events

1. Welcome and Company Introduction
2. The management team introduced PT. Ambulance Pintar Indonesia’s history, vision, and mission, and integrated services through a digital application.
3. Presentation and Q&A Session
   Students gained insight into: Smart Ambulance’s business model and operational system, digitalization strategies in emergency services, challenges and innovations in logistics and patient care systems, and an office tour and demonstration. 4. System Demonstration. Participants were then taken on a tour of the office, saw the operational monitoring center, and witnessed a demonstration of service ordering through the app.
4. Networking and Documentation
   The activity concluded with a group photo and direct interaction with the company team.
