Master of Management together with the International Class of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University (FEB Usakti) held a webinar “Beyond the Degree: Developing Essential Skills for Career Success” which was held on September 1, 2023 through the Zoom platform. This inspiring and insightful event featured prominent speakers, Dr. Deasy Aseanty, MM, CHRMP, and Rita Tsui, Founder of Asia HRM & Asia HR Woman Club.
The webinar aims to empower students and the general public to enhance their career opportunities with a focus on skills development. Dr. Yolanda Masnita Siagian, MM, Dean of FEB Usakti, opened this event by emphasizing the importance of skill development in the career journey.
In her speech, she stated, “Your career is a lifelong journey and committing to building skills is a key factor for advancement.” He encouraged participants to take valuable insights from this webinar and apply them in their career development.
The webinar attracted more than 200 participants, including FEB students and the general public. Dr. Deasy Aseanty, as one of the lecturers at FEB Usakti, shared her knowledge about skill development strategies and career growth. She provided provisions for students that can be applied to build their careers.
Rita Tsui, Founder of Asia HRM & Asia HR Woman Club, added a global perspective to the discussion. She shared her experiences and insights on human resource management developments and the skills required to succeed in the workforce.
The enthusiasm of the webinar participants was evident with the interaction between the speakers and participants. Hopefully this webinar can be a way for students to process skill and career development.
