Trisakti University MM FEB Delegation Participates in Winter Course in Bangkok Thailand

MASUDEM 2024 Sustainability Curriculum Development
Master of Management Faculty of Economics and Business Trisakti University (MM FEB USAKTI) sent a delegation to attend the Winter Course of Curriculum Development for Master Studies in Sustainable Development and Management (MASUDEM) funded by Erasmus + European Union, at Srinakharinwirot University, Bangkok, Thailand on February 5 to 9, 2024. The delegation members consisted of four lecturers from the MM FEB study program at Trisakti University, namely

This activity is one of a series of activities organized by Erasmus + to support the development of the Master Studies in Sustainable Development and Management (MASUDEM) program in Southeast Asia.

This short course activity was held intensively for five days with four speakers from Europe who shared knowledge and best practices that have been implemented in Europe. The first day of activities was opened by Professor Anetta Caplanova, Ph.D., who provided direction on the importance of inclusive and sustainable higher education curriculum design. The direction was clarified by the knowledge provided by Associate Prof. Martina Rašticová, PhD, from Mendel University in Brno, Czechoslovak Republic in the next session. According to her, inclusivity means providing equal opportunities for individuals to get education and develop, so higher education should be able to provide facilities and infrastructure that can support the learning process of individuals from different backgrounds.

The last day of the course was filled with hands-on practice for participants to design a curriculum that accommodates sustainability in accordance with various components in the SDGs. The team from MM FEB USAKTI then tried to develop the Project Management for Sustainable Organization course to be more inclusive and accommodate sustainability.
