Master of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University held a company visit to PT. Indonesian Stock Price Assessment (PHEI) at IDX Building Jakarta on August 13, 2024 which was attended by lecturers and students.

As for this activity, namely: visiting the IDX investment gallery, exposure to material about the Capital Market by the Indonesia Stock Exchange Team Simulation of reading and analyzing stocks through application.

The purpose of this company visit is to provide students with an understanding of the business processes at the IDX so that students can understand the business processes that occur at the IDX, including the stock listing process, trading mechanisms, and other functions involved in maintaining capital market stability. Another objective is to provide an understanding of the relationship between Corporate Management.

This visit can help students understand their role in supporting the management of companies listed on the IDX. Students can see how the secretary function contributes to the fulfillment of company obligations related to information disclosure, reporting and compliance with capital market regulations. In addition, it also provides networking opportunities. A visit to the IDX provides an opportunity for students to interact directly with professionals and practitioners in the capital market field. This is a valuable opportunity to network and gain insights from industry experts.

The visit is also expected to increase motivation and interest. A visit to the IDX can have a positive impact on students’ motivation and interest in the secretarial and capital market fields. Seeing IDX operations first-hand can inspire and motivate students to be more focused and committed to their field of study. The students can implement theory in a real context. By seeing firsthand the processes and operations at the IDX, students can apply the theory they learn in a real context. This helps improve their practical understanding of the concepts taught in class.
