MANDATORY CONCENTRATION COURSES
RISET SUSTAINABILITY/SUSTAINABILITY RESEARCH (3 SKS)
This course aims to prepare students to write a thesis by training them to be able to conduct or evaluate research, especially in the field of sustainability. The theoretical component of this course is to introduce the philosophy of quantitative and qualitative research and provide a broad understanding of data processing methods, how to interpret the results of data processing to techniques for preparing research reports in the field of Human Resource Management. The practical components are developing reading and writing research skills as well as critical thinking, problem definition, data collection and data analysis.
KOMUNIKASI CSR DAN LAPORAN KEBERLANJUTAN/CSR & SUSTAINABILITY COMMUNICATION AND REPORTING (3 SKS)
In these courses, an effective CSR communication strategy will be explained, making a Sustainability Report using the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) standard guidelines, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance), as well as other global guidelines and following OJK (Financial Services Authority) regulations. .
ANALISA RISIKO DAN PENILAIAN DAMPAK SOSIAL/RISK ANALYSIS AND SOCIAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (3 SKS)
These courses provide technical guidelines for assessing social impacts arising from the organization’s/company’s operations, measuring and analyzing the risks that will be caused to the smooth operation of the company/organization using ISO 31000, and knowledge to develop risk mitigation strategies.
CSR DAN PEMBANGUNAN BERKELANJUTAN: KONSEP, KONTEKS & ISU/CSR AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT: CONCEPT, CONTEXT & ISSUES (3 SKS)
These courses contain the concepts of the SDGs; Sustainability; CSR; ISO 26000; Circular Economy; Sustainable Finance; CSV (Creating Shared Value); Stakeholder Mapping, Analysis, Engagement and Management; Community Development, Social License to Operate; Exit Strategy; and others related to Sustainability. The contexts taught are sustainability management in various industries, such as Sustainable Finance; Sustainable Farming Management; Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Management; Sustainable Mining; etc. The context of global agreements and local government regulations is also a topic in this Course. Furthermore, students will be guided to discuss the sustainability problems that their organization/company is working with and use the right concepts and contextualize the formulation of the chosen solution.
CSR & SUSTAINABILITY TOOLS: DESAIN DAN APLIKASI/CSR & SUSTAINABILITY TOOLS: DESIGN AND APPLICATIONS (3 SKS)
These courses provide knowledge of hard-skills and soft-skills, and step-by-step tools to solve CSR and Sustainability issues faced. The tools provided can be used to plan CSR/Sustainability programs, monitor and evaluate the impact of program success. The tools included in these courses include: Theory U, System thinking, Sustainability Tree, Project Management, Risk Management, SDG Compass, SROI (Social Return on Investment), Iceberg Model and Mental Model.
