COURSES MANDATORY CONCENTRATION
RISET HUMAN CAPITAL MANAJEMEN/HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT RESEARCH (3 SKS)
This course aims to prepare students to write a thesis by training them to be able to conduct or evaluate research, especially in the field of Human Resource Management. The theoretical component of this course is to introduce quantitative and qualitative research philosophies as well as provide a broad understanding of data processing methods, how to interpret the results of data processing to techniques for preparing research reports in the field of Human Resource Management. The practical components are developing reading and writing skills, research as well as critical thinking, problem definition, data collection and data analysis.
PENGEMBANGAN ORGANISASI DAN PERUBAHAN/ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND CHANGE (3 SKS)
This course focuses on deepening and implementing organizational development and change. This course will give students the ability to: analyze organizational development as a whole, formulate organizational change planning, formulate the process of planning change, implement each stage in the process, understand and implement forms of intervention.
KINERJA HUMAN CAPITAL/HUMAN CAPITAL PERFORMANCE (3 SKS)
This course focuses on the importance of the role of performance management in organizations, both small and large scale organizations, profit and non-profit oriented organizations, domestic and global organizations as well as for the entire industry. Knowledge related to performance management is multidisciplinary. The discussion ranges from the micro level which focuses on individuals and teams (organizational behavior and human capital management) to the macro level which discusses the organization as a whole (strategic management).
MENGELOLA HUBUNGAN KERJA INDUSTRIAL/MANAGING INDUSTRIAL RELATION (3 SKS)
This course aims to provide students with an understanding of the historical, philosophical and meaning of industrial relations, processes, and mechanisms for the occurrence of relations, as well as aspects of industrial relations such as: employment relations, work norms, working conditions, working conditions, social security and labor welfare, labor organizations, occupational safety and health, industrial relations disputes.
STRATEGIK MANAJEMEN SDM DAN MANAJEMEN TALENTA INDIVIDU/STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCES AND TALENT MANAGEMENT (3 SKS)
This course provides an understanding of HR management and talent pool through analysis and evaluation of planning strategies and HRM functions. This course will provide students with the ability to conduct HR research, and analyze how companies can create work engagement, organizational support, employee performance, competency level, talent pool, which then analyzes the need for talent in each job section.
